Midland

Our Midland squad is aimed at swimmers between the ages of 12 to 18 years old at 31st December,

This squad provides a 2 focus pathway. The first is the performance pathway where swimmers between 12 & 14 will be training to get onto either our National squad or the DX National squad along with swimmers between 14 and 17 trying to get on to the National Squad.

The second pathway allows swimmers who still want to train at a lower intensity with their own age group until going to Masters.
